Customcall recently entered a FETA training program through the F.I.R.E Consortium. This enables us now to carry out maintenance on extinguishers. Now we can offer a full maintenance package covering:

• a) Fire Alarm Systems
• b) Emergency Lighting
• c) Nurse Call Systems
• d) Fire Extinguishers
  

All these options apply to nursing and residential homes, where as a), b) and d) apply to all business and the work place. Any or either of the above can be priced as a package tailored to your scheduled maintenance needs. We also offer a supply and installation service covering every aspect of B.S. and E.N. standards. Remember a system installed by us will be guaranteed for 12 months ( including a call in 6 months ). A log book and full staff instruction is included with a maintenance scheme offered after the guarantee period. On a system installed and certified by us, we will always give the best quote reducing your ongoing costs. Many enquiries come in for upgrading existing systems. This can be easily achieved, our free design service will always offer an option to compliment your health and safety risk assessment.

Customcall have now moved to new offices in Scarborough town centre.
